We are excited to have you at the studio!

We’ve put together some information for your upcoming recording!

First of all THANK YOU!

We are excited to give you the full WCB studio experience and we are thankful you are making the effort to do our show in person! We pride ourselves in having over 90% of our guests in studio. It separates us from a lot of shows and it makes for a much better experience for us and the listener!

As our guest, you join the WCB library, which has over 640 episodes featuring various hunters, including famous names like Mark Drury, Michael Waddell, and Ted Nugent. We look forward to welcoming you to the WCB Family!

Studio Address / Travel Info

If you are flying in: Check out the Moline, IL airport (MLI) (Quad Cities International Airport).

Studio address:

506 Main St.

New Windsor, IL 61465

  • Please park out front on the street parking.

Before we start recording, we usually relax with drinks. If we have time, we grab dinner at the Depot Tavern nearby. This usually helps everyone get comfortable before jumping right into the show.

Staying overnight?

  • We have a bedroom set up for out-of-town guests to stay in. New Windsor is in a rural area so it’s typically the best option. If you prefer a hotel depending on which direction you are coming from - Moline, IL to the north and Galesburg, IL to the south are the best options.

  • If you choose to stay at the WCB you just treat it as an Air BNB and lock up in the morning when you leave.

Rules of the show:

  • There are no rules.

What to expect:

  • Episodes average about an hour to hour and a half long and can go much longer if needed.

  • Conversation is completely open format and everything goes. Nothing is off limits and that’s what make a WCB podcast so fun!

What WCB needs from you:

  • A short bio about you. If you are also representing a brand please fill us in on that too.

  • 3-5 Photos we can use for promotion of the show and cover arts for the episode.

  • Any relevant links to you and brands you represent. (social links, show links, episodes, etc.)

  • A few bullet points on topics you’d like to cover or significant points to a story.

  • Anything extra you’d like to provide would be greatly appreciated.

Please email all of this information to Curt at workingclassbowhunter@gmail.com

After the recording:

Depending on the launch date and episode launch queue the episode will launch on a Monday or Thursday at 5 am. It will launch on every major podcast platform with the largest being Apple & Spotify.

We typically wait 24 hours to post on socials and we will send collab invites on applicable social media platforms.

Video: The video from the podcast typically launches within a week or two of the audio episode launch, with podcast social clips to follow. You will have full access to clips for your own personal social pages as well. If you need anything special just let us know!
